## Selected work: built by hand, made to perform

Local service businesses, ecommerce storefronts, a private equity firm, a trade directory,
a community platform. Every one coded from a blank page, no templates.

| Project | What it is | URL |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **NLH Media** | Sports videography brand for the Florida Panhandle: fast cuts, big type, real energy. | nlh-media.vercel.app |
| **Motion District** | Cinematic production studio in Tampa: shot, directed and cut in-house. A site built to feel like the footage. | motiondistrict.co |
| **Elias Collective** | Private equity real estate firm across the Southeast and Midwest: clean, credible, institutional. | eliascollective.com |
| **Source A Trade** | Local trade directory for 30A and NW Florida. Find the right pro, fast. | sourceatrade.com |
| **Found Community** | A community platform built for real connection, with member accounts and events. | found.community |
| **Coastal Home Management 30A** | Ryder's own property management company on 30A, a second business he owns separately from the studio, built the way an owner needs it to work. | coastalhomemngt30a.com |
| **Fit Flour** | Protein-baking brand with a custom storefront and a checkout that converts. | fitflour.shop |
| **HydroWild** | Headless storefront for a kids' hydration brand. Fast, playful, and it sells. | hydrowild.com |

## Who you hire, and how the work happens

One person designs it, codes it, and picks up the phone. No templates, no handoffs, no team
you never meet.

1. **I live and work on 30A.** I'm Ryder Schilling. I live here and I own and operate
multiple businesses in the area. I run companies and I build them, so I know what a
website should do for you as a business owner.
2. **We sit down and pull it apart.** Before anything gets designed we go through your
business: what you sell, who actually buys it, how they find you, and what this site has
to do. Every decision after that traces back to that conversation.
3. **You send me what I need.** Logo, photos, services, anything you already have. One
list, sent once. If you're missing pieces I tell you exactly what to go get.
4. **I build it and launch it.** You see it as I build it, not just at the end. When it
looks right on every screen and loads fast on every phone, you approve it and I put it
   live.
5. **You start getting customers.** Your site is out there working while I host it. Fast,
secure, backed up, online. You never touch a server or a control panel.
6. **I'm still here after launch.** Price change, new page, something broken on a Sunday
night? You text me and I handle it. No ticket, no queue, no support address that answers
   in three days.

## A website is not a one-time build

Most owners think you pay once, the site goes up, and that's the end of it. It's the single
most expensive assumption in small business, and it's why so many sites quietly stop working
six months after launch.

> Your website is your hardest working employee. Are you using it that way?

---

## Free instant check: see your site the way I see it

Paste your address and get the exact first pass Ryder runs before quoting any rebuild:
speed, mobile, how Google reads you, and whether a visitor can actually reach you. Ten
seconds. Nothing stored, no email needed.

---

## What you get

Design, strategy, and code working as one: your idea shaped into a fast, sharp experience
that people remember and businesses grow on.

Custom Design · Development · Ecommerce · Technical SEO · Animations · AI Automations

## Services: solutions that deliver

Same quality, same attention to detail. The only difference is the size of the project and
what you need right now.

### Custom Website: The Foundation

One-time build, coded from a blank page. Designed around how you actually get customers,
with whatever features your business needs built in.

- Custom design, zero templates
- Copy, pages, and SEO structure included
- Mobile-perfect and fast everywhere
- Launch in one to two weeks
- Hosted and kept online by me, monthly

*For businesses that want the foundation done right, once.*

### Power-Ups: Bolt-Ons

Stack onto your site as you grow. Each one has a single job: turn more of your visitors into
booked work.

- Lead capture
- Conversion package (CRO)
- In-site booking
- Local SEO push

*For sites that are live and ready to convert harder.*

### AI Systems: The Multiplier

Recurring systems that work while you don't. Three lanes, no overlap, all running under your
brand.

- AI Follow-Up Engine: reviews, reactivation, repeat sales
- AI Follow-Up Engine: reviews, reactivation, repeat sales
- Back-office automations: admin and finance busywork, handled
- Runs under your brand, month to month

*For owners who want the busywork gone and the follow-up handled.*

### AI Strategy Call

One hour on the phone. You leave with a map of exactly what your business needs, whether we
build it together or not.

## Frequently asked questions

**Why a custom site instead of a template?**
Templates get you online. Custom gets you chosen. Your site is shaped around your offer,
your customers, and how you actually sell, so it loads faster, ranks better, and feels like
nobody else's.

**Is it worth the cost, and what am I actually getting?**
You're getting a site designed and coded from a blank page for your business: the copy and
page structure, the SEO groundwork, and whatever features you need built in (booking,
payments, a store, a portal, an AI system). Not a theme with your logo dropped on it.
It pays for itself when it turns visitors you're already getting into work you're currently
losing.

**Do you host it, or do I have to figure that out?**
I host it. You never touch a server, a registrar, or a control panel. Once you approve the
build I put it live on my setup and keep it fast, secure, and online for a flat monthly fee.
If something breaks, you call me, not a support queue in another time zone.

**Do you handle design, or only development?**
Both. Most projects start as a blank page and leave as a finished brand experience: layout,
type, color, motion, and the code underneath it all.

**Already have a site that needs work?**
Happens all the time. I audit what's there, keep what works, rebuild what doesn't, and
migrate everything without losing your rankings or your mind.

**What happens after launch?**
I host it and keep it live. Power-Ups cover light monthly care, and AI Systems is the
recurring layer: follow-ups that bring customers back, quoting and scheduling handled, and
automations that kill busywork.

**What's the process from start to launch?**
You tell me what your business needs, you pay to get on the schedule, then I design and code
it. You see progress the whole way, and when it's ready you review it and tell me what to
change. Nothing goes live until you approve it. After launch I host it and keep it running,
billed monthly.

**How do revisions and feedback work?**
Simple: you point, I polish. Feedback rounds are built into every project, and small tweaks
after launch are usually same-day.

**Do you work with businesses outside 30A?**
Yes. Most of my work is on the Gulf Coast, but the process is fully remote and I build for
clients well outside it.

**Not sure which option fits your project?**
Call me. Fifteen minutes, no pitch. You'll leave knowing exactly what your site needs,
whether we build it together or not.
